Agreement to Terms

By accessing Gallo 8 Gym facilities or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our facilities or services.

Membership Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to become a member, or have parental/guardian consent
• All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You may cancel your membership at any time with no penalty
• Memberships are non-transferable

Gym Rules & Conduct

All members and guests must adhere to the following rules:

• Wipe down equipment after use
• Re-rack weights and return equipment to designated areas
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes
• Treat staff and other members with respect
• Secure personal belongings; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items

Health Disclaimer

We are not medical professionals. Any advice or guidance provided by our staff or trainers is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program.

Personal Training

• Personal training services are separate from gym membership fees
• 24-hour cancellation notice is required for scheduled sessions
• Training packages are non-refundable but may be transferred with approval

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these terms, inappropriate conduct, or any behavior that endangers the safety of others.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email or posted notices.
